  2. The address book is a great place to store the e-mail
  3. addresses you use so you don't have to type them over and
  4. over.
  5.  
  6. To enter names in the address book:

  8. 1. On the Windows menu, choose Address Book.
  9. 2. Click New User on the toolbar.
  10. 3. Enter the information in the fields. Tab to move from
  11. field to field.
  12. 4. Click Save.
  13.  
  14. Now all you need to do is type the first few letters of the
  15. personΓÇÖs first name in the To:, CC: or BCC: field of the
  16. message, and their name will automatically appear.  Once
  17. their name appears, press the comma key to move to the end
  18. of their name and begin typing the next name.

  20. We realize that you have about a billion addresses already
  21. entered in another e-mail application. We can import Address
  22. Books from Netscape Navigator, Claris Emailer and Eudora
  23. Pro. For more information on importing, choose Internet Mail
  24. and News Help from the Help menu, and then click Address
  25. Book.
